Council Information
Membership in this Council shall be composed of professionals in the following classifications:

attorneys who are licensed to practice law in the State of California;

accountants who are certified and licensed to practice public accountancy in the State of California;
-
planned giving officers who are employed by or consultant to institutions described in section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code;
-
trust officers who are employed by corporations having trust powers or are engaged in the practice of independent professional fiduciaries; and
-
financial services professionals, who are chartered life underwriters, chartered financial analysts and/or certified financial planners.
